1. Goods

   We guarantee that all the products we offer on our Website are certified and trademarked originals. In terms of s55 CPA you have the right to receive products from us that are reasonably suitable for the purpose for which they are generally intended, of good quality, in good working order and free of any defects, usable and durable for a reasonable period of time.

2. Seller

   OriginalsOnly.co.za is owned and managed by European Contemporary CC, a company based and registered in South Africa that operates in the business of import, retail and wholesale of imported trademarked designer lighting, and exclusively represents selected European manufacturers.

Pricing

1. All prices quoted on our website include South Africa’s Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% and import fees.
2. Shipping costs are added to the checkout amount
3. Prices quoted are per item as indicated.
4. OriginalsOnly.co.za reserves the right to vary prices at any time, without notice.

Payment options

1. All payments are securely processed by payfast.co.za, a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider (the highest level) that guarantees 3D Secure to further enhance the security of credit card transactions. Read more about secure payments on the Payfast website

Delivery

1. Average shipping times are estimated at 30 business days for major cities and outlying areas.
2. You accept that, while we do everything we can to deliver as fast as possible, circumstances outside our control may delay the arrival of your product, for which we will not be held liable.
3. Fixed fee for all orders to main areas

Availability

1. The provision of goods by OriginalsOnly.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, or erroneously displaying availability on our website, OriginalsOnly.co.za will, in consent with your preference, substitute goods to the same value, or refund within 30 days.

Variation

1. OriginalsOnly.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. Your continued use of this Website indicates that you accept our latest Terms and Conditions.

The Order process

   You select products, and add them to the Website’s shopping Cart

   You fill out your details, accept shipping costs on the Check Out page, and complete payment.

   We acknowledge receipt of your order via email.

   We prepare your order for delivery.

5. 5

   The courier company collects your product at our warehouse, and notifies you of delivery.

   You examine your purchase at arrival, sign for receipt … and then there was light.

Factory Warranty

Contract of Sale

1. Only receipt of your full payment constitutes a binding contract of purchase and sale with us. Our acknowledgment of receipt of an incorrect or invalid payment does not constitute said contract or our legally binding acceptance of your order.
2. The contract of sale is between OriginalsOnly.co.za and the person identifiable by the personal information that is shared the Check Out page of our Website, and may not be transferred from that person to any other person.
3. Please note that OriginalsOnly.co.za cannot be held responsible for orders placed incorrectly on our website and paid for, even if the error was in good faith.

Ownership and risk

1. The ownership and risk associated with your goods will be held by OriginalsOnly.co.za up until the point at which they are signed for at delivery or collection. Any damage, disappearance or theft of goods after delivery or collection, will become the responsibility of the person who placed the order and against whom the contract is binding.

Cancellation and cooling-off

1. You may cancel your purchase without reason or penalty within 5 days of your payment or of our delivery, and will receive a full refund if you’ve made the purchase in response to our direct marketing as per s16 CPA.
2. You may cancel your purchase within 5 days after payment, and will receive a full refund, if and only if your cancellation request has reached us before your purchased goods have left our premises. If your purchased goods have left our premises by the time we receive your cancellation request, delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations may be requested at info@OriginalsOnly.co.za
3. OriginalsOnly.co.za may cancel your order at any time, and will fully refund your payment within 30 days should payment have been received.
4. We do not refund late orders due to circumstances outside of our control.

Returns and refunds

1. In terms of s18 CPA you have the right to examine the products that we deliver to you before signing for receipt, and the right to reject a product that in all material respects and characteristics fails to correspond to that which an ordinary alert consumer would have been entitled to expect based on the description.
2. If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
3. In terms of ss20 and 56 CPA we will repair, replace or refund unsafe or defective products, or products that fail to satisfy the requirements and standards as per s55 CPA.
